Lauren von Rosenberg's career in real estate began under the mentorship of one of Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty's top agents. Captivated by the diversity and complexity of real estate, Lauren realized her calling as a Realtor™, and the value she could bring to both buyers and sellers.
A keen eye for quality, style, and potential stems from her previous experience in general contracting, house-management, fashion-consulting and modeling. Whether a client is planning to flip, invest, or buy for personal use, she is able to realize and provide out-of-the-box solutions. A quick read with graphs and data, she enjoys helping her clients to get the best price and property for their budget and needs.
Although she'd prefer to see a treasure restored, she understands those who are concerned about costs to repair or preserve exceeding a reasonable value. Rehabs and tear-downs can be a bit more complex in the City of Dallas and she is able to address the pros and cons of a prospective property. She values honesty and integrity and prides herself on being forthright with her clients.
Lauren lives in East Dallas with her husband and their long-haired chihuahua. She enjoys cycling, art, painting, and motivating her husband in his continued career as a fine artist. She is also a member of the Friends of Aldredge House, Preservation Dallas, and volunteers on the special events committe at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.
