Lauren knew she belonged in real estate from the early beginnings. Having worked solely as a licensed assistant for two years under a top producer, she assisted on transactions ranging from two hundred thousand to over ten million. She sought out every opportunity to learn, working many late hours alongside her mentor. Motivated by an entrepreneurial spirit since childhood, she values professionalism, honesty, integrity and intellect and sees real estate as a career where she will always have the opportunity to grow.
Customized services are everything today and Lauren’s position as a house manager and personal assistant gives her an added edge. From the simple task of matching up lightbulbs to meeting with licensed technicians, installers, decorators or painters, she has a deeper understanding than most of homes both big and small. She has acquired an extensive list of some of the top professionals and resources. She has implemented technology to keep transactions organized and clients informed, as well as making herself readily available for any of her client’s needs
A genuine appreciation for quality workmanship, customization and detail stems from her prior work in fashion-consulting and modeling. Pricing a property correctly is everything in Dallas’ fast-paced market. But even more important is her client’s timeline and the return on their investment. She takes every detail into consideration, from lot size, to finish-out and puts together an extensive and thorough plan for marketing a home.
Born and raised in Texas, Lauren has lived in many different areas and is extremely familiar with the different pockets of the Park Cities, Dallas, North Dallas, Carrollton, and Plano. Having worked with buyers from as far west as Oak Cliff to as far east as Royse City, she focuses first on her clients’ criteria and works from there to help them find the perfect home for their budget. She finds great joy in introducing clients to new areas of Dallas that fit their lifestyle, work-commute and other varying needs. She is also a member of multiple networking groups, enabling her to find hip-pockets and off-market properties. Time and time again, she has gotten a home under contract in multiple-offer situations. Whether buying or selling, Lauren is sure to impress, walking her clients through every step and adding value at every turn.
Lauren is a resident of East Dallas, and when she isn’t working on all things real estate, she enjoys a twenty-mile bike-ride around White Rock Lake, spending time with her husband and well-known Dallas artist, Ross von Rosenberg, and trying new restaurants and wines. She is a member of the Friends of Aldredge House, Preservation Dallas and a volunteer on the Special Events Committee at the Dallas Arboretum.
